We take great pride in our Vermouth and want to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We ship to all regions of Italy and to all countries within Europe.
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

2. Certified Safety Packaging
Because we ship glass bottles, your order will be delivered using Nakpack® certified packaging.This is a high-security, technical cardboard system specifically designed to prevent breakage during transit. It is 100% recyclable and eco-friendly.

4. International Shipping (Europe) 
We ship to all European countries for a flat rate of €15.00.

5. Age Verification (18+ Requirement)
By law, we can only sell and deliver alcohol to individuals 18 years of age or older (or the legal drinking age in your country).
Our couriers are authorized to request a valid ID upon delivery.
If a recipient is found to be underage, the package will be returned and shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Damaged Goods & Breakage
If your package arrives leaking or you hear broken glass Contact us.
Email photos of the damage to drink@nativovermouth.com within 24 hours.
Resolution: We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. 
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply.
