Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

2. Conditions for Return (Alcohol & Safety)
Due to the nature of our product (food and beverage) and health protection regulations:
Sealed Products: We only accept returns for bottles that are unopened, with the original seal intact, and in their original packaging.
Opened Products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any bottle that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at drink@nativovermouth.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once approved, you must ship the items back to our warehouse in Italy.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or if a bottle arrived broken (despite our Nakpack® safety packaging):

Please email us photos of the damage or the incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the order is already with the courier, you will need to follow the return process mentioned above once it arrives.
