Nativo Vermouth is not responsible for any damage or health issues resulting from the misuse, excessive consumption, or illegal redistribution of our products. All purchases are for personal use only and not for unauthorized resale.

5. Shipping & Breakage

While we use certified Nakpack® safety packaging, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged, refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on how to claim a replacement.
